Danny Stones

Managing Director

Danny has lived and worked in various countries over the last 30 years, particularly Portugal, Spain, France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Eastern Europe, UAE and USA.

He now spends most of his time using his in-depth knowledge of these countries to organise Training Camps and Specialist Events to help drive the year-round revenue and awareness for our carefully selected Full Time Group Partner Venues.

This strategic approach enables Full Time Group to build strong relationships and offer our football, sports and business clients the best guaranteed prices, conditions and service.

Danny began in the legal profession and then moved into specialist marketing for the property, travel and sport businesses. In 1996 he became Marketing Manager at Sheffield Wednesday FC where, together with Sir David Richards, past Chairman of the Premier League, they set up a very successful new Marketing Department.

Since 1997, Full Time Group has worked with over 100 football teams and with many other high-profile sports and business brands, especially world-class hotels and leisure resorts.

Cristina Bota

Financial Director

Cristina oversees all finance and administration for Full Time Group. She is responsible for the smooth running of accounting procedures and organisational matters to ensure your dealings with us are as simple as possible and that all timescales are met.

She has a wide international background of sales, marketing and administration roles in the leisure and recruitment business including the Roger Taylor Tennis Centre in Vale do Lobo in the Algarve Portugal and for Manpower plc.

Cristina has lived and worked in Brazil, France, Spain and Portugal and is fluent in English, French and Portuguese.

Martin Ross

Specialist PR Consultant

Martin is a highly motivated and experienced public relations, communications and marketing consultant with a demonstrated track record of working with the sporting, property, health and wellbeing and events sectors.

Leading a talented and creative team, he provides a skill set in media relations, social media, video production, well-crafted copywriting, publications and crisis communications on a regional, national and international scale.

As a result Martin brings significant knowledge and experience of working with high profile clients – Premier League football clubs; world ranked golfer and Ryder Cup star Matt Fitzpatrick; Olympic gold medallist Jessica Ennis-Hill; high profile events such as the World Transplant Games and the UK Special Olympics; the UK’s only Olympic Legacy Park; property developers and real estate organisations across the UK.

Prior to his involvement in the public relations industry, Martin had a successful career in the UK newspaper industry, holding senior roles at Sheffield Newspapers, Yorkshire Post Newspapers and parent group United Provincial Newspapers.

Philip Webb

Director of Business Development

Philip oversees the business expansion of Full Time Group, especially the delivery of process centric services to large professional clients, including hotels and leisure resorts in the UK and Europe.

As a business strategy and planning specialist, Philip maximises the experience in business teams and, through inclusive management, engages with all stakeholders to utilise all possible ideas.

Philip started his career in 1982 working for IBM as an International Technical Specialist for Europe, Middle East and Africa. From 1990, he developed and grew a highly profitable international computer services company. He then established a joint venture with BDO Stoy Hayward to provide Management Consultancy services to their client base and beyond.

Philip then set up Team Action Management (TAM) to successfully drive revenue and profit growth for select companies with proven business processes. Philip currently also oversees the Investors In Community project which is a digital platform enabling people donate, volunteer and gift to charity and community initiatives.

Duncan Swainsbury

Project Development

Duncan supports our clients in the sports and business worlds with digital marketing, project development and copywriting. Having founded and scaled several social enterprises including Bounceback Food CIC (a non-profit cookery school) and Bounceback Education (an online tutoring company), Duncan now provides his consultancy services for a range of tech start-ups.

Duncan has a passion for sport and in his spare time enjoys taking on challenges to raise money for charity. This includes running the Sheffield Half Marathon, skydiving, hitchhiking from Newcastle to Morocco for Link Community Development and cycling from Machu Picchu to the Amazon for the NSPCC.

Chanelle Fellinger

Property Investment Specialist & PME

Based in Vale do Lobo in the Algarve Portugal, Chanelle has lived and worked in various countries and has a network of influential global clients.

Chanelle oversees the investment property division of Full Time Property, offering only the most special investment opportunities on a very discreet and professional basis to our trusted circle of clients.

Chanelle also uses her specialist qualified event management expertise to support Full Time Group with select events in the football, sports and business world to deliver the ‘wow factor’ to our clients and to help drive year-round revenue for our partner venues.

As a qualified Performance Mindset Expert (PME) and hypnotherapist, Chanelle enables our business and sports clients to perform at their best in their personal and professional lives through unique winning mentality programmes.

Chanelle has a passion for helping good causes and uses her entrepreneurial skills and global contact base to create specialist events that help give back to the people and causes she believes in the most.

Rachel Scott

Sports Funding & Project Development

Originally trained in business and leisure management at Manchester University, Rachel has 25 years’ experience in working in sports development as a Sports Development Officer and Sports Consultant. She has worked on projects that enable people of all ages and ability to have the opportunity to play sport, develop their skills and lead a healthier lifestyle.

Rachel now continues to work closely with various sports clubs, schools, Active Partnerships and National Governing Bodies of Sport to grow and sustain sports participation and to help nurture talented people.

Working in the private sector as a Sports Consultant, she has particular knowledge and experience in funding and has secured well over £10M on behalf of a range of different clients. This has included £884,000 to support a three-year inner-city football project on behalf of a reputable Football in the Community scheme in the midlands.

Rachel also delivers sports related research and project development work. This includes sports strategies, development plans, feasibility studies, reviews and evaluation, practical workshops on grants and funding and club development planning.

She has always been involved in sport, is a committed sports volunteer and has competed at sport at an elite level winning gold medals at the British and European Indoor Rowing Championships.

Hilary Jones

Research Coordinator

Hilary uses her excellent research skills to work on the development of the Training Camp and Full Time Group Partner Venues side of the business for professional football teams, sports clubs, hotels and leisure resorts.

Hilary works on analysing team requirements, venue analysis and product development.

Previously, over a 15-year period, Hilary was actively involved in the successful growth of ice hockey in the Sheffield region.

Hilary developed her analytical, organisational and IT skills by achieving a BA Honours Degree in History at the University of Sheffield. Hilary is also involved on a voluntary basis with charitable organisations in the local and regional community.
